Shuttle type mining cars are efficient slag removal equipment used in underground coal mine rock tunnels, non coal mine main tunnels, and non coal mine main tunnels. They can also be used as large-scale gangue storage equipment, with multiple specifications ranging from 4-40 cubic meters. It mainly consists of a trough shaped carriage equipped with a transport machine and a walking part. The carriage is placed on two bogies, and a scraper transport machine is installed on the carriage floor. Electric power is used to load the gangue from the slag loading end of the carriage, and the scraper transport machine is continuously rotated to automatically move the gangue to the unloading end, so that the entire mining car is filled. Opening the transport machine can automatically unload the gangue.
